//Is it for you
Built for some businesses. Not all of them.
A good fit if
- You know AI could help but not where to start
- You have tried tools that did not stick
- You want a plan you own, whoever ends up building it
Spend it elsewhere if
- You already know exactly what to build. Go straight to the build
- You want a tool recommendation by this afternoon
- You need someone to sign off a decision already made
//How it runs · 05 steps
About two weeks, from first call to playbook.
- Step 1: Discover
We start with your week, not with AI.
Where the hours in your week go now, and what that costs.
- A discovery call
- Your problems, in your words
- What that costs you now
01 · Discover - Step 2: Question
Then we ask how work really moves.
The assumptions that decide whether AI helps here at all.
- A deep-dive questionnaire
- A one-hour working session
- Time with the people who do the job
02 · Question - Step 3: Research
Then we do the homework.
What is genuinely possible for your stack, your data and your budget.
- Our own research, not a vendor pitch
- Checked against your tools and data
- Sized to what you can spend
03 · Research - Step 4: Report
The findings, on paper.
Written findings you keep — useful even if somebody else builds it.
- Every issue and its fix
- The order to do them in
- A call that walks you through it
04 · Report - Step 5: Playbook
You leave knowing what to build first.
A sequenced plan with the first build named and scoped.
- A playbook call
- Follow-up strategies
- Build it with us, or with anyone
05 · Playbook
That is the whole run. Want it mapped to your business?
//In practice
What it looks like on an ordinary Tuesday.
Every issue written down, with its fix.
A report that names what to change, why, and the order to do it in.

Built around how your team really works.
A questionnaire, a working session and time with the people who do the job, not the org chart.

Leave with the first build named and scoped.
A playbook your team, or any team, can pick up and execute, whoever ends up building it.

//Questions
AI Strategy & Consulting, answered
Five steps: a discovery call, a deep-dive questionnaire, a one-hour working session, independent research, then a written report and a playbook call that walks through every issue and how to solve it. It ends with follow-up strategies you can act on.
No. The playbook is yours either way. If it calls for AI automations, voice agents or a website and you want them built, Scalexia builds them; if you only need strategy advice, that is available on its own.
About two weeks. The audit takes a day or two, the questionnaire follows, the one-hour working session is within two days of that, and the report and playbook call come within the week after. Larger businesses can take up to three weeks.
A written report of every issue found and the fix for it, a call that walks through that report line by line, and a playbook that says what to fix first, second and third, and why that order. Then follow-up strategies. Not a slide deck, and not a list of tools to go and buy.
No. The report and the playbook are yours, and they are written so another team could execute them. If the plan calls for automations, voice agents or a website, we build them; if you would rather take it elsewhere or do it in-house, the document still works.
Then the report says so. A good number of the problems found in an audit are process problems wearing an AI-shaped costume: a form nobody reads, an approval step with no owner, two tools holding the same data. Putting a model on top of that multiplies the mess. You get told which of your problems are worth automating and which just need fixing.
