Manual Work Dependency
Your team is stuck in constant manual effort.
Scalexia AI builds AI voice agents, automations and agent workflows that capture every lead, answer every call and remove the manual work holding your team back. Then we build the website that feeds them.

AI Automation & AI Agents
AI automation connects the tools you already use so routine work runs on its own: leads captured and chased, documents read and filed, reports written, decisions made where the rules are clear. Agents take the judgement calls inside that flow and hand off to a person when unsure. Built on n8n, custom code and the model that fits, with logging and alerts so nothing fails silently.

“I needed a site that showed the work properly and gave people one clear place to enquire. Scalexia built it quickly, the projects look the way they do on site, and I finally have something I can send to a client instead of a folder of photos on WhatsApp.”
“I run a sports community and a channel alongside freelance work, and I wanted to use AI without it eating my week. The consulting gave me a clear order: what to automate first, what to leave alone, and which tools were actually worth paying for. I left with a plan I could follow on my own.”
//Built with
Two things. It works out where AI belongs in your workflow: a strategy for how to bring AI into the business, in what order and why. And it builds the systems that come out of that plan: AI automations, AI agents, voice agents and the website that feeds them. Scalexia does both, so the strategy is written by the people who will build it.
Two to three weeks from first call to a working system, whatever the project: automation, voice agent or website. The audit takes a day or two, the questionnaire follows, the one-hour working session happens within two days of that, and the build itself is usually done inside a week. When something is urgent it can be implemented in five days. Larger requirements shift the timeline, and you know that before anything starts.
The tools are chosen for the requirement, not the other way round. Once the audit shows what the system has to do, Scalexia picks the automation platform, the model and the voice or web stack that fits that job and your budget, and connects it to the CRM and tools you already use. Nothing is forced onto a favourite stack.
Almost always. Systems connect to your existing CRM, inbox, calendar, phone number, payment provider and spreadsheets through their APIs. If a tool has no API we work around it or tell you before anything is built, so you never have to migrate your team to something new just to automate it.
Every system is built against a number agreed before the build: calls answered, leads replied to, hours of manual work removed. At the end of each month you get a report on that number and on how the system behaved. If the number is not moving, that is treated as something to fix, not something to explain.
No. Every system ships with monitoring, alerts and a short runbook, and your team is trained on the parts they will touch. Ongoing maintenance and expansion are available as a separate, paid arrangement rather than bundled into the build, so you only pay for it if you want Scalexia to keep looking after the system.

What happens next
A considered reply
Your brief goes to the founder, not a queue. Within one working day you get a first read on where the leak is and whether it is worth fixing.
Discovery call
Thirty minutes on how work moves through your business today, what it costs you, and what fixed would look like.
A written plan
Scope, timeline and a fixed price, in writing. Nothing starts until you have signed off on all three.
